Pre-Sale Auction Estimates
North American Auction Co. is pleased to offer you informal pre-sale auction estimates for items you’re considering consigning upon request. Your are welcome to submit items to our online consignment request form, the above form or by contacting our offices directly.
Our auction experts are excited to look at your item/s or collection and help you learn more about your collection or current pre-sale auction estimates.
When submitting your consignment form, our experts will need the following:
- At least 1 or more photos
- Detailed description
- Details on signature or marks
- Any additional provenance
- Your thoughts on age, origin, originality
- Your thoughts on valuation or expectations of value
- The location of your item/s
- Purchase receipts
- Previous written appraisals or other info

We have provided assistance with many institutions in de-accessioning a collection that value the discretion and anonymity an auction can provide as well as an institution looking to raise funds. Such an example would be the sale of the 1936 White Motor Company Yellowstone Bus which sold for approx. $204,000 (shown with bp) for the Museum of the Rockies to benefit their education fund.
